Delete your account
Last updated: 29 August 2026
Deleting it yourself
In the Enclavians app: open Account, scroll to Delete my account, and confirm. You will be shown exactly what will be removed before anything happens.
On this website: sign in, open your account page, and choose Delete my account.
Deletion happens immediately. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore an account or its adverts afterwards.
If you can no longer sign in
If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to the account, email anjum.farrukh@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and ask for your account to be deleted. We will confirm it is you before doing anything, and we aim to complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile — name, phone number, email, photograph and agency details.
- Every advert you posted, and all of their photographs.
- Your shortlist, saved searches and notification settings.
- Your enquiries and the conversations you took part in.
- Your payment records and any subscription.
- People you had blocked, and the attribution on any reports you filed.
What we keep, and why
A small amount of information survives deletion, and it is worth being straightforward about what and why:
- Reports other people filed about you, and reports you filed about others — with your name removed from the latter. A report is a record about somebody else, and if it vanished when an account closed, anyone could erase a complaint against them by deleting the account it came from.
- Records we are required to keep — transaction records for tax and accounting, and security logs including IP addresses, which we retain for fraud prevention and to meet legal obligations. These are described in our Privacy Policy.
None of what we keep identifies you on the site. Your adverts, profile and messages are gone.
Your sign-in
Enclavians uses Google or Apple to sign you in. Deleting your Enclavians account removes everything we hold; it does not delete your Google or Apple account, which is yours and separate. The app signs you out and removes its own record of you on the device at the same time.
