The site

The Enclavians name and logo, the design of these pages, the wording written for them and the software that runs them are ours. Copying the design or the copy wholesale, or presenting this service as your own, is not permitted.

Linking to us is always fine and never needs asking. So is quoting a reasonable extract with a link back.

Listings and photographs

A listing belongs to the person who posted it. When somebody advertises a property here they keep ownership of their text and photographs, and grant us only what is needed to show the advert: the right to display it on this site, to resize the images so pages load, and to include the listing in search results and alerts.

We do not sell listing photographs, license them to anybody else, or use them to advertise something other than the property they were uploaded for. When a listing is deleted its images are deleted with it.

Do not upload a photograph that is not yours. An image taken from another portal, an agency's brochure or a developer's website is the single most common infringement on a property site, and posting one makes the poster responsible for it.

Place data

City, society and phase names come from OpenStreetMap and are used under the Open Database Licence. They are not ours and we make no claim over them — the full credit is on the Thanks to page, which is a condition of that licence rather than a courtesy.

Reporting an infringement

If something here is yours and should not be, tell us and we will act. Email anjum.farrukh@gmail.com with:

• the address of the page, and which part of it you mean;
• where the original appears, or how else you can show it is yours;
• a way to reach you.

We take reports seriously and we do not need a court order to act on an obvious one. A listing whose photographs turn out not to belong to the poster is removed, and an account that does it repeatedly loses the ability to post.

If you think something was removed in error, reply to the same address and say why. We would rather reinstate a good listing than lose it to a bad report.
